Petua Menjadi Muda Dari Usia Sebenar

Lecturer:Awak dari sekolah mana?
Saiful :SMK biasa.
Lecturer:Awak nie umur berapa? Btol ke awak masok kelas ni? Ke salah masok?
Saiful :...........(Speechless sekejap sebab tgh pikir apa aku nak jwb nie)
Lecturer:Ke awak lompat? Darjah 4 naik darjah 6? Muka ala-ala babyface je.
Saiful :Senyum. :)

You see.This is one of a kind problem that I need to face it everytime I showed up at the class for every semester. I know I'm supposed to love my face because it looks young than my age but I don't want to look like a child. I'm 20 years old man who still look like Form 3 students. Oh my god, maybe somebody could tell me on how to look older than your age. But it is okay actually. In my heart there is another 60% where I'm proud of that. U want my 'petua'?

1.Tips pertama. Jadilah hyperactive selalu. Bgn jer dari tido terus lompat & lari &
kacau semua orang. Kalau kat rumah skg yg slalu kena Syakir tp kalau die bgn lambat
terpaksa kacau Naj dulu.

2.Menari time mandi. Kekalkan jiwa muda even dalam bilik air. Ko menari bogel dalam
bilik air bukan ade sape nak tgk sebab ko tutup pintu kan. Tapi pesan aku korg jgn
laa seronok shukee sgt menari smpe terjatoh dlm blk air plak. Buatnya patah tulang
bontot ko sakit pinggang jalan terbongkok2 dah jd tua dari yang sepatutnya.

3.Selalulah ketawa. Maybe bende nie agak jahat sedikit tapi aku rasa korg lg
jahat dari aku so xde masalah laa nk buat tips nie.Klu ko xde cara lain nk ketawa
ko ketawakan jela orang kan. Ko tgk muka org lame2 sumpah ko ketawa. Sbg cth ko tgk
muka Muya.Die lawa.:)

4.Kekalkan kekecilan badan ko. Caranya? Buat laa amal jariah sikit dgn bersedekah. Mkn
x habis then bg kwn2 ko abiskan. At the end of the day org lain sume tinggi2 badan
besar2 ko jgk yg pendek & kecik mcm budak tingkatan 3 nak amik PMR.

Anyway,aku letakkan artikel kat bawah nie sebab yg kat atas nie hanya lakonan semata
mata tidak ada kene mengena dgn yg hidup atau yg mati. Nak jd muda? Follow laa tips di bwh.Source from ezinearticles.com

Being youthful isn't just about any one particular thing. Think about it as a complete package.

* The way you look
* The way you dress
* The way you behave

First - take a long, critical look at yourself in a full length mirror!What does your reflection say about you?

* Is your weight roughly in proportion with your height?
* Does your hair flatter your face or have you settled for an 'easy' style?
* Do you follow a skin care regime?
* Do you wear makeup?
* Do your clothes flatter your figure or are you a slave to 'feeling comfortable'.

One thing you will notice with some of today's older celebrities is that they clearly take pride in their appearance. Easy, you might say, with their status, access to beautiful clothes, hairdressers and makeup artists etc. But how can a normal woman on an ordinary budget achieve similar results without spending a fortune. Well it may not be possible to attain the perfectly smooth, surgically enhanced look that's becoming increasingly popular with some aging stars these days, however by setting more realistic goals it is definitely possible to improve your appearance, knock years off and restore that youthful glow.Celebrities such as Olivia Newton-John and Dame Helen Mirren are not totally wrinkle free yet still manage to look wonderful. By combining:

* healthy, glowing skin
* carefully applied makeup
* flattering hair colour and style
* pretty accessories and flattering clothes

These women are able to achieve a natural looking youthful glow. Here are a few guidelines for you to try and follow:

Skin Care:

Finding the right skin care regime doesn't mean buying the most expensive potions on the market. Millions of dollars are spent in producing, promoting and packaging luxurious products that promise us beautiful, wrinkle free skin whatever our age. However the fact is that if such a product genuinely existed there wouldn't be an ever increasing stream of customers going under the cosmetic surgeons knives each year. The truth is that cheaper products and even home made creams and cleansers can produce excellent results. The most important thing to remember is not to overdue your chosen skin care regime. Too much cleansing can make your skin sore; too much eye cream can cause puffiness around the eyes. Keep it simple and use products sparingly and regularly for best results.

Facial Exercise:

As we age our faces start to lose definition and tone due to the fact that the face is the only area of the body where skin is directly attached to muscle. Most of us are aware that exercising the body helps to keep muscles toned and strong yet few of us even consider the benefits of facial exercise.manual facial techniques to electronic stimulation of the facial muscles.

Facial exercises are extremely beneficial in helping to slow down the inevitable sagging or sinking in of the facial tissues. There are several ways of exercising the face including massage and

Instant Face-lift Techniques:

Is it possible to temporarily lift sagging cheeks and jowls without resorting to surgery? Yes it is and what's more, celebrities have been using these simple tricks for years.instant face-lift for those special occasions or every day if you prefer.

With a few easily obtainable items you can give yourself an

Makeup:

When you look at an older person's face next to that of someone younger you will often see that as well as the overall change in facial definition, skin tone changes and eyes and lips become less defined. Besides facial exercises, makeup can achieve an enormous difference in disguising these changes and promoting a more youthful appearance.

However, as with skin care products, a minimal approach is far more effective. Steer clear of heavy foundations, powders and harsh liners. These will have the opposite effect and will almost definitely be more ageing. Try some of the following tips:

* A small amount of tinted moisturizer or foundation mixed with your favorite day cream will give a slight hint of cover.
* A little blusher high on the apples of your cheeks will give a healthy glow.
* A small dusting of blusher along the jawline can also help to disguise sagging jowls.
* Try soft brown or dusky grey eyeliner instead of harsh black.
* Don't over pluck eye brows. Keep shape natural and disguise grey by gently brushing with darker pencil or powder.
* Use a natural lip liner to re-define lip shape.
* Avoid heavy, clumpy mascara. Wipe mascara wand with a tissue to remove excess and create a natural look.
* After applying makeup, rinse hands clean, dry then gently blot skin with slightly moist palms to set makeup and give skin a natural glow.

Hair:At all costs avoid the 'wash, set and blue rinse' look that many older women of past generations settled for. There is no rule that says a woman should cut her hair short on her 40th birthday. On the contrary, a fuller, softer head of hair can be extremely flattering. Take a look at the styles worn by Michelle Pfeiffer and Jaclyn Smith. Both these ladies are over 50 and proof that older women can wear their hair long. However, hair that hangs too heavy or flat can be aging to an older face. A common mistake that many women make is to try to disguise sagging features by arranging their hair to cover them up. Unfortunately this can have the opposite effect by creating shadows in the wrong places and actually accentuating sagging jowls etc.

Likewise, dying hair too dark or too light can have the same 'draining' effect.

Remember that skin color changes as well as hair color. Just because you had dark brown hair in your youth doesn't mean you will still suit it in your 40s, 50s and above.

Generally speaking, if you need to dye your hair or blend in Grey, you should try keeping as close to your natural color as possible although opt for a shade or two lighter.

Highlights around the face can also help brighten the complexion. If your hair is longer than shoulder length, loose 'up' styles or layers are more flattering than heavy fringes and 'curtain' styles.

If you prefer to allow hair to go Grey consider using a small amount of blue tinted shampoo which will neutralize any aging yellow tones and give hair a glossy, silver sheen such as worn by Dame Helen Mirren.
